HALL RENTAL:

w/a $35 refundable deposit

Includes:

Rental of a Steinway concert grand piano.
Use of our recital room for 3 hours. These can be used in one day or split over 2 days for rehearsal and performance.
Set up and tear down of up to 150 chairs.
Ample parking and restroom facilities for guests.

Additional Options

Tuning:

$90 per piano

We Keep all our pianos in tune, but if you require a special tuning on the day of your event, there will be an additional charge.

Extra Pianos:

Accoustic upright or Roland digital piano:

Grand piano:

$100

Note: Multiple pianos can be tuned to match each other for the cost of $90 per piano.

Extra Hours:

Use of our kitchenette or food preparation:

PA System:

This room is designed so an adult speaking can be heard without the use of a PA system, however, if your event is such that amplification is required, we can gladly accommodate.
