SARS-CoV-2 Response

We are locally, family owned and operated for three generations, going on 75 years. According to guidance provided by the State of Oklahoma, we are considered to be Essential so have modified our operations to continue to serve Oklahoma music makers including educators and students through this crisis. This is how we are currently functioning: we have much of our staff working remotely and just a skeleton crew in the stores. Public interaction is very minimal and adheres to all CDC and government guidelines. We are practicing strict social distancing and hygiene with any customers and with each other in the store. Staff meetings are held virtually through Zoom in order to limit exposure to one another.  We are providing individually packaged lunches for our team every day, exclusively from locally owned restaurants. This keeps our team safe and supports our fellow local businesses. We are continuing to provide touchless, curbside service, online ordering, as well as free local delivery in certain circumstances. All of this enables us to continue to serve our school band/orchestra directors and students who will shortly begin virtual learning. We are offering virtual private lessons which can be a great stress buster and provide some normalcy during quarantine. Virtual lessons have also enabled us to keep our private teachers working which is a blessing, as you see so many professional musicians out of work because of canceled performances and gigs.

We are so grateful for the care and encouragement of our community.  We are your local music store.  We are all in this together. – Kim Koch
