IMPORTANT: As a courtesy to our Saied Music Studios family, all student schedules, lesson credits, subscription information, and invoices are transparently located within your customized Lesson Account at saiedmusic.opus1.io. For the best lesson experience at Saied Music Studios, please utilize and access your account often. Please save 918.252.5541 (text/SMS) and studios@saiedmusic.com (email) to your contacts to ensure you receive lesson notifications, and any other important communication from the Saied Music Studios Team!
MONTHLY TUITION
Pricing is a flat-rate monthly fee that entitles the student(s) to a reserved 30-min lesson spot at Saied Music Studios. Tuition is billed monthly and auto drafted on the 1st of each month as pre-payment for the current month’s lessons. Pricing remains the same regardless of holidays, inclement weather related closings, or number of weeks in any given month.
Your lesson time(s) and payment recur indefinitely until proper cancellation notice is received at www.saiedmusic.com/lessons/cancel.
LATE FEE
A $25 late fee will be applied for any payments over 6 days past due.
SIGN UP FEE
A $30 non-refundable Signup Fee for new or returning students is required at registration.
STUDENT CANCELLATIONS
As a courtesy to the Saied Music Studios instructors and staff, we ask that you login to your account at saiedmusic.opus1.io and self-cancel if you are unable to attend. This will provide swift communication by immediately sending a text and email notification to your instructor and the Saied Music Studios staff.
REFUNDS AND RESCHEDULES
Saied Music Studios reserves your lesson day/time each week and provides paid staff regardless of whether or not the appointment is attended.
Due to limited lesson availability, Saied Music Studios does not offer refunds or reschedules for any student cancellations or no-shows.
TEACHER ABSENCES
In the event of a teacher cancellation, Saied Music Studios will, at our discretion, provide a same day/time substitute for your regularly scheduled lesson or a credit to be used at your discretion:
*It is the responsibility of the Student or Account Manager to login to their account at saiedmusic.opus1.io and redeem credits or re-book the missed lesson within 60 days or the credit expires.
LESSON TERMINATION
There are no contracts, commitment is month-to-month, and one can cancel at any time with a 2-week notice.
To terminate your lessons, Saied Music Studios must be notified *at least* 2 weeks before the desired month via our cancellation form at www.saiedmusic.com/lessons/cancel.
No refunds will be given for partial lesson months.
HOLIDAYS AND BREAKS
Due to our flat-rate pricing, there are no tuition deductions for the following:
Spring Break (parallel TPS), Thanksgiving Break (parallel TPS), Winter Break (parallel TPS), Memorial Day, Labor Day, and 4th of July, Inclement weather-related closings.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
In the event of bad weather, we will notify students via text (918.252.5541) and/or email (studios@saiedmusic.com) if Saied Music Studios will be closed. There are no refunds for lessons missed due to inclement weather.
SAFETY PROCEDURE
Saied Music Studio’s staff or instructors are not responsible for providing before (or after) class care for students, so please make sure your student arrives safely, and on time to (and from) lessons each week.
I understand that Saied Music cannot assume responsibility for any injuries to myself, my children, or my possessions that may occur during or after the use of the building or study of an instrument. I agree to take full responsibility for my safety and/or my children’s safety (before, during and after scheduled lesson times), and hold the owners and staff of Saied Music harmless from all liability claims arising from my enrollment at Saied Music Studios.
MEDIA RELEASE
We love to take pics and brag about our students on social! You grant to Saied Music Studios the right and license to record, film, photograph, tape and otherwise capture and reproduce your (or your minor child’s) name, voice, likeness and performance (“Performances”). You agree that Saied Music Studios has the right to use the Performances, or any part of them, for promotion, publicity or other business purposes. This includes using the Performances for television, newspapers, magazines, books (both paper and electronic), internet, videotapes, CDs, DVDs and electronic databases. Saied Music Studios is not required to use or show the Performances. You agree that you will not be inspecting or approving any use of the Performances and that since the Performances will be the sole property of Saied Music Studios and may be used in the future you will not have the right to revoke this Media Release. You are releasing Saied Music Studios (and its employees, successors and assigns) from all liabilities related to use of the Performances. You agree that Saied Music Studios is not required to pay you for any future use of the Performances.
DISCLAIMER
