Summer Camp 2018 Sign-Up

All Camps are at the South Tulsa location: 9320 E. 71st St Tulsa, Ok 74133 


This camp introduces students with no prior piano experience to note reading, rhythmic counting, proper piano technique, and several fun beginner piano songs. All materials will be provided. On the final day of camp, students are invited to participate in a 20-minute relaxed recital to showcase their new found skills. Campers will also be granted access to our exclusive online practice YouTube channel that will provide them with instruction videos, song demo videos, and audio files for them to play along with at home long after the camp week has ended

Star Wars Musical Camp – June 18 through June 22 – 9:30 am to 12:30 pm – $90 – Christy Stalcup
Ages 6-16.

Campers will put on an original musical. They will get to star in the show and take part in staging, choreographing, and singing and acting in a performance based on the wildly popular Star Wars movie franchise. They will help design and build sets and create costumes. At the end of the week, they will put on a performance of their never-before-seen epic musical for family and friends!

Guitar Boot Camp – June 25 through June 29 – 9:30 am to 12:30 pm – $90 – Darren Armentrout

This one-week beginner course will teach you the basics of playing guitar! During this intensive week-long program, you’ll rock out with others under the patient and expert guidance of an experienced instructor. You’ll learn the basics of chords, strumming, and reading tablature in the context of carefully selected riffs and songs. You’ll also be shown how to care for and tune your guitar, learn to listen to music like a professional musician, check out the advanced rock bands (and be inspired!). At the end of your boot camp, your group will perform songs at an end of the week performance for your family and friends!


Ukulele Camp – July 9 through July 13 – 9:30 am to 12:30 pm – $90 – Darren Armentrout

Are you interested in playing music? This 5-day camp will introduce you to playing Ukulele and singing at the same time. You will learn to play some classic songs that you already know the words to, and some new songs too. There will be direct instruction and in between these lessons, the day will be filled with games and activities that are music related and incorporate basic music theory. The campers will learn basic chords and strumming patterns which they will present in a short concert on the last day of camp.

Beginner Violin Camp – July 16 through July 20 – 9:30 am to 12:30 pm – $90 – Jasmine Hall

Violin students will learn the basics of their instruments and learn to play and pluck during this fun introductory camp. Participants will learn through energizing rehearsals, have smaller sectionals with professional coaches, play music games, and participate in other special musical activities. There will be a concert at the end of the week for the campers to showcase what they have learned.

Advanced Violin Camp – July 16 through July 20 – 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm – $90 – Jasmine Hall

This camp is open to any violin student with 1 or more years of experience. Campers will learn how to play within an ensemble and hone their craft. They will be exposed to a group and individual instruction. They will study the history of the violin, be inspired by professional performances, and have fun with duets and trios. This will culminate with a performance where participants will be demonstrating all they’ve learned.

Percussion Camp – July 23 through July 27 – 9:30 am to 12:30 pm – $90 – Lea Ann Macomber

The camp will be dedicated to teaching proper technique for playing auxiliary concert percussion. Campers will put their skills to use playing for traditional and non-traditional instruments like buckets and other found objects. This camp is great for middle schoolers and percussion enthusiasts.
